Membership is how the whole thing works. Members use dinghies and paddle craft free all season and pay low maintenance rates on keelboats; dues keep the fleet maintained and instruction affordable. Most of the fleet is also available at guest rates — but if you'll be on the water more than three or four times a season, membership pays for itself, and you get a vote on what boat we buy next.
All memberships run the calendar year. Join after August 1 and the following season is included.

Many hands, good docks
Work weekends are part of the place.
There's no work requirement, but there are work weekends — dock-in in May, dock-out in October, and a mid-summer paint-and-varnish day — and they're weirdly fun. Carol bakes. People fight over the good staple gun. Show up once and you'll understand why the place looks the way it does after nearly forty years.
